UP WITH THE LARK…? (OR THE WREN, LAPWING, DUNNOCK, ROBIN, BLACKBIRD, YELLOWHAMMER, CHAFFINCH, LINNET….)

Join Dr Vince Lea, the Countryside Restoration Trust’s head of wildlife monitoring and resident ornithologist, for a stroll around Twyford Farm, in the Ashdown Forest, at the crack of dawn to hear the sublime sounds of the sunrise songsters!

Stay with us for a spot of breakfast and then take part in Twyford’s annual Bluebell Day – a celebration of the Twyford Bluebells, with local food and craft stalls, demonstrations and talks, guided walks. The Twyford Farm Bluebell Day is free of charge and is a great opportunity to get outdoors, embrace the great English summertime and keep the family entertained!
